Don't Trust Makro Online Purchases!

I placed an order with Makro Online on 25 February, received confirmation the same day, only to be informed on 28 February that they couldn’t fulfill my order. They promised a refund within 2–10 working days, which I eventually received on 3 March. However, my complaint—submitted on 28 February—was only acknowledged on 5 March, after my refund had already been processed.

The lack of proactive communication and delayed response to my complaint highlight poor customer service. Makro needs to improve its stock management and support responsiveness. Be cautious when ordering online!
