Don't trust Makro online
I ordered two items from Makro online on 02/12/2021. I initially thought the estimated delivery period of 7 days was rather long compared to other retailers but accepted it as I really needed those items. Two days after the order confirmation, they sent an email to inform that items were being packed. However, on day five someone from Makro unapologetically phoned me to inform that both items were out of stock and would therefore like to cancel the order. Why did they even accept my order if they didn't have those in stock. Please don't waste my time. The worst online experience ever.

09 Dec 2021, 18:24I went to one of your shops today and found two exact items which your call centre people said "we looked for everywhere but couldn't find these items at any of our stores". If you are not interested in delivering, please say so. Is seven-days not enough for you to inter-transport the items?
