I am beyond frustrated with Makro's appalling service. I ordered an item and have since been stuck in an endless cycle of phone calls and empty promises, with no resolution in sight. Each time I call, I’m transferred to different departments, none of which provide any meaningful assistance.

This is not an isolated incident; reviews online reveal a pattern of disorganization, unhelpful staff, and non-existent follow-ups. Customers frequently complain about delays, poor communication, and inadequate handling of issues like mine. Makro clearly lacks the professionalism and efficiency required to manage online orders, leaving customers stressed and disappointed.

It's unacceptable to run a business like this, and the company owes its customers an apology for such neglectful treatment. If you value your time and money, steer clear of Makro until they significantly improve their customer service and accountability
