DON'T shop online! Service in-store isn't much better

It does NOT help that you have the convenience of shopping online, but it's such a struggle to return something!

I bought a TV box online. It's not working with Prime+, and the remote keep switching my lights on and off when I change channels! I want to return it!

I went all the way to Makro in Amanzimtoti to exchange it for the better model (130km from me!) But the refused to take it as it's only available online.

I logged a return on the 14th of Feb and the return mail said it could be picked up on the 18th and that someone would contact me within 48hrs.

A whole week later I phoned to follow up: ref CG2C that lady said I should just wait for the supplier. This is unacceptable! Just refund me! I won't order online from you again!

1st time was shame on you, 2nd time is shame on me. I won't make this mistake again.
