Dont shop online - its more painful than driving 2 hrs to shop!

If i can write -5 as a rating, i would do just that. I love Makro and all, but their online platform is a mess. The response rate is slow and you end up putting wrong items in your cart as, by the time it responds, you have already scrolled. I think they need to relook at their programming and dont be a cheapskate on that. They can take a page out of Checkers Sixty60 or Takealot. Their customer care is just as rotten.

I was trying to buy my nephew size 4 jumbo nappies and by the time my delivery came, i saw its size 6. I groaned deeply as i realised the website must have been hanging when i placed the order and checked out. The worst thing is if the site allowed for alternatives, no "automatic" refunds would be done if your item is out of stock - just as with my previous orders. When i decide im buying groceries or nappies ONLINE, its because i firstly NEED them and dont have the time. Please make an effort to make your platform user friendly.
