Dont Shop at MAKRO Online

Bought a pool online on special. It could not be delivered due to the delivery vehicle breaking down. Order was cancelled (just like that) & returned to the Makro depot. I am being refunded (up to 5 working days) but the special is no more. I contacted Makro asking if I can repurchase it (at that price) as it was not my fault that they're delivery vehicle broke down & cancelled it. They said NO - I now have to pay they full price now. I requested the matter be escalated & someone phone me - NOTHING! I contacted the delivery guy (that phoned me saying his truck broke down - he is rescheduling it for delivery the next day), & all he says now is he'll speak to his office to call me - NOTHING!
