Dont order online - you wont get your goods and money gone!
Terrible service - ordered in stock items online on 21st July - almost 4 weeks later and I have not received my order from a JHB branch to a JHB locker and Nkosi Hlongwane their so called fulfilment manager doesnt bother responding to emails. Can I have a refund. Do yourself a favour and dont bother placing an online order with Makro

24 Aug 2022, 16:26Initial phone calls and emails from the Makro team after logging this call but nothing bur false promises on the delivery of my goods. Just give me my money back because it is clear that Makro is unable to figure out how to deliver my goods and it is over a month since I placed this order!!
