Don't order online, returns process is a mess!

I ordered a product online a few weeks ago which got delivered last week Tue 30 Sept. Wrong product, so i submitted a return and the item was collected on Thu 2 Oct. The status still reflects as "order initiated", I phoned the call centre yesterday who apparently escalated it... Nearly a week now and I don't know if the supplier got their wrong product back? Now as soon as that happens I still need to wait 14 days for a refund. Seriously the last time I order online from Makro! Earning interest on my money...
