DON'T ORDER ONLINE, IT IS A JOKE!

Only giving a 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. Placed an order and paid online on Tuesday last week. Received a portion of the order on Wednesday and have been following up on the balance since then. I have been promised feedback phone calls but received nothing. I was given the courier company's details to follow up with myself and when I did, they had not yet been given the package. I needed it by Friday afternoon which had been communicated, acknowledged and still ignored. And guess what, still nothing, still being ignored. Beyond horrified actually at how bad your customer service has become. At least refund me if you could not care less about my delivery - but yes, you guessed it, still nothing!
