Don’t order online from Makro

Makro online promises delivery in 2 to 7 days. That’s not true. I had to cancel my order and go to the store myself to organize delivery and guess what after promising several times to deliver the items the very next day, this did not transpire either. Made sure that they knew no delivery trucks will be allowed into the complex I live after 17:00, they arrived at 18:00 and were turned away. What a disappointment. Even after the survey I was asked to do and gave them 0, they didn’t even bother to apologise
