PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM MAKRO AS THEY HAVE A MASSIVELY FLAWD RETURN POLICY. For a simple return of an item where Ive sent evidence via pictures of the delivery being incorrect, to date its almost a month and they are still trying to confirm the returned goods. The left hand does not know what the right is doing. 5 Call Centre queries later, 6 email queries later and Makro still has no clue whats going on between them, their courier and their suppliers. Its a NIGHTMARE, please take caution.
