Don't order online
I don't know what to say m reading all this reviews I so wish I went through all of them before placing an order with makro guys this people are worse what they putting me through it pains find my self carying can you imagine at this heat without a fridge iam crying feel like m being punished there is a store that sell fridge in Ixopo but no decided to go with makro who ever is a owner of Makro you won't see heaven wena I hate Makro!!

This is the email I got after calling Makro 100 times, the online order manager at Mzito assured me the parcel will be delivered on the 27th.
I kept calling because I asked my colleague if I can be the one that is working on site for this particular day so that it be easy to show the courier my house but they decided to make me stupid.
Today on the 28th I got a call from courier telling me the order will be now delivered on Monday wasn't happy with that firstly m going on leave and I have been running after you guys to have this fidge delivered been delaying many commitments just to accommodate the fridge that was supposed to be delivered within 2-5 days told the guy to make a plan I need this fidge before Monday!!
I'm sick and tired of the nonsense you guy put me through so make arrangements because Monday is a no for me
