Don’t order online at Makro, you won’t receive your order

I’m very unhappy with Makro online, I wouldn’t advise anyone to use their service. I ordered alcohol on time for a event, their driver **** and said he couldn’t find me and took my order back to the store, I called without being assisted, I was taken from pillar to post and had to cancel the event and refund people who bought tickets. This whole situation was traumatic and I wouldn’t wish it to anyone. I eventually hired a bakkie to go collect my order, what a loss!!!
