Don't order Online

I ordered my kids school supplies on the 27th of Dec 2022. 2 Days before the school started I still haven't received my items. I called and cancelled the order and requested for a refund. They said the money will reflect within 7 days. Up to date I haven't received anything. I tried phoning the call centre, but they take your call and leave you holding the line for 20-30min and then the phone just dies. They refuse to assist with a refund and they waist your time and money. Makro Bloemfontein doesn't even answer their phone. They don't even reply on your online email support. I don't know what happened to Makro. They use to be excellent in online orders. It's ridiculous really!!! But now I will never order from them ever again. Wish you had a 0 star, because they don't deserve any star.
