Don’t Order Online !!!

Such a HUGE disappointment from a big company like Makro

Order a couch online Delivery due Monday 15 December - still waiting

NO update from Makro. When you call them they just “ escalate it to the relevant department “ When you email them - no reply.

The biggest frustration is the fact that I asked them if they can ensure delivery as the system says. And they promised me I will receive my order with no issues, I don’t have to worry about the review I read.

Maybe if customer service was a value for them you would actually get what you order and pay for.
