Dont order fron makro

I ordered online and was charged for items i didn't receive. Still havent received my refund for xmas suit i ordered and didnt receive. I ordered an electric ride on car and it started falling apart a week kater. I scheduled a pick up for the weekend, there's an option there. No pick uo happens, no commucation. I receive a call the tuesday from the courier guy, apparently they dont collect on a weekend. This is an issue on my side because no one is home during the week. I decide to take it back but then receive a call 2 days later from a gundo siwada from makro care, i rechedule the pick up but the deiver goes to address where no one is home. I'm emailing and its difficult to get assisnce now and time is going my sons xmas present is broken no wheels and i paid more then R3000 for the car. As per gundo i cant gonto the makro and return the item because it was ordered online and he mentioned because it has to be returned to the supp****. I think thats bull **** that je thought i believed. I want my money for the suit and for the car and im. Ot receiving any responses to the emails I'm sending. Makro takes your miney and dont send items or they pack fragike items with exercise equipment. I've had such a horrific experience with all 3 of my orders placed, if the items weren't damaged , it neber arrived and now no one is collecting
