Don't order from Makro you won't receive your items.

Shocking service. Firstly online orders don't let you pick up your orders. The store is 5kms from me. I have been waiting for 8 days for them to deliver cold drinks which were in stock (I checked to ensure fast delivery) it is now two days after the max delivery days. I'm still waiting. I've offered to collect - no response! The customer service has been so unhelpful and not once did they follow up with me or bother calling me. When I call them which I've done a total of 12 x the last two days. I get put on hold, bad attitudes, and told they can't give me anymore info than what I already know. I called again earlier to let them know I'd not heard from the courier, they rudely told me that deliveries happen until 6pm and it'll come today... It's after 6pm and shock, horror... No delivery AGAIN! To say that I find this revolting service, is an understatement. I order online from everywhere and never have any issues. My overseas orders arrive in under 5 days. Stay away from Makro! I will never shop there again and advise everyone to NOT use their online delivery "service."
