Don't order from Makro online

I ordered something from Makro via their app on 8 December and date of delivery was given as 14 December. On the 18 December I called them to find out when I would be getting my goods and was told that they don't know and would escalate the matter and someone would contact me within 48hrs. No one contacted my on the 20th but on the 21st I get a mail to say they packed my parcel. It's the 24th and the app is still showing that the parcel was packed. Funny thing is they had a notification on the app that said place you order before 19 Dec to receive your goods before Christmas. What a joke.
