Don't order from Makro Online

Do NOT order from Makro online and not from KZN! Their service is absoutely pathetic! am still waiting for delivery of an order placed on 22nd November. I have phoned, emailed and sent whatsapp messages to customer care but to no avail. I get told someone will call me back or receive an email that my order will be delivered tomorrow, but obviously nothing of the sort has happened. I have explained that the order is of utmost importance as it is food that needs to go to an animal sanctuary but Makro doesn't care. 'Sorry for any inconvenience caused' is all I get and quite frankly, Makro couldn't care less.
