DON'T ORDER FROM MAKRO ONLINE!!!

I ordered 2 airfryers from Makro online on 8 May 2024, Makro delivered 1 airfryer after 3 weeks, I was told to send the 1 back in order to receive 2, took 2 weeks for them to collect, then 2 weeks later they delivered the same 1 that I sent back, missing parts. They refunded me for the one I never received. Then when I opened the one I did receive to use it, I was shocked to find that it is unusable as it does not have a South African plug, so it doesn't fit in our plugs. I have logged return after return, with no joy. I cannot use the product since I cannot plug it anywhere, also not sure what countries plug it has on. Makro online is useless, everytime I phone I have to explain the whole story, and then get told they will sort it out, but no one does. Was told today that no return has been logged ever. I have never seen Incompetence like this in my life. Save yourself the hassle. Don't order from them.
