Dont order from makro

Ive phoned numerous times and still getting nowhere with my refund with non delivery more than 6 weeks ago. i cant emphasize how pathetic Makro's service is. parcel was apparently damaged in transit and now i have to wait for makro and courier mpy to sort out there s@#% before i can get a refund. this is unacceptable
