Don't go online if you have no intention of delivering

I ordered online from Makro last Saturday and they say 2 - 5 working days delivery.

I may get my order tomorrow or Wednesday or perhaps next week sometime? This even though I have paid in full last Saturday.

It is so frustrating and disappointing to try and express how I feel when I know it makes no difference because they are such a large company. I love Makro, even though they close off every aisle to restock the shelves at the same time they open to the public. But they mustn't try do online ordering if they have no intention to actually follow through.
