Don't give 'Makro online' your Money!!!

Bought a washing machine online, when I couldn't get it delivered a week later, I cancelled the order and have been trying to get my money back ever since. Every time it's the same response- "we will escalate " , " No feedback from Finance department, and we cant contact them directly".

Starting to think I got ****med by Makro... been 4 weeks now and the money is gone, sent proof of payment twice...sent proof of bank details as requested....still no updates from no one! Worst service ever.
