don't get mixed up with Makro

Ordered a mixer on 31 march 2023 with a 2 to 5 day delivery by the middle of April I cancelled the order on the 25th April a message on my cell telling me that the item had been passed onto the courier another phone call and YES the order had been cancelled its now 23rd may and still waiting for a refund every time i ring I get the same answer they are still checking the item even though I never received it
