Dont ever trust MAKRO !

I placed an order with Makro for 14.5 thousand rand and some items were not delivered and/or I returned to Makro.

I am STILL waiting (now 2 weeks later) for the return of my money and refunds.

You may also deliver the following product to my house, including the last outstanding item (CCTV Camera) on my huge order...including the rest of my refund (refunded to my bank account).

Now 20 days later and STILL no refund and i STILL dont have all the items i ordered on the 26th Oct 2020...

Makro service is getting worse and worse by the day!
No longer South Africas trusted supplier!
Maybe change of Management or Owners...?!

Pathetic, to say the least!!!

Makro!
21 days since my order and STILL no refund on the umbrella (R1000) that we ourselves, took back to Makro StubensValley.
Seems to me that Makro always takes a month or more on any big amount refunds, seeing as Makro first want to collect "interest" on their bank account, for your money they are keeping...until they eventually might decide (after numerous emails, calls, threats from a customer) that they will pay your money back (REFUND).
On top of that...i also STILL haven't received the CCTV cameras i have ordered in that same order placed on the 26th Oct 2020.

A month later now and i STILL DONT have my refund!!!
I will give you (Makro) till Wednesday, 25th Nov 2020 to give me my full refund (R1000).

Should you fail to do so, i will report this to the Consumer Board and take matters further...And ontop of the R1000 that you still owe me and the CCTV camera i ordered and still waiting for...

32 days later and Makro STILL has NOT REFUNDED me!!!
Please, please, please don't EVER spend your money on any Makro stores! Its the same as getting hijacked on your way to your holiday destination!
Makro is getting worse and worse by the day and the Directors don't give a rats behind whats happening within Makro.
I will make it known to South Africa...Ive given Makro more than enough time to return my money!!!

35 days later and MAKRO still has not refunded me or have supp**** me with the last item on my order (placed on the 26th Oct 2020), which is a CCTV camera!Makro robs everyone! DON'T trust Makro with anything, where money is involved!

I will now contact the Consumer Board and other to report MAKRO!

MAKRO STOLE MY MONEY !!!
