DON'T EVER ORDER ONLINE FROM MAKRO, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
I ordered from Makro on 26 June and still haven't received my phone. It has been ONE MONTH AND 4 DAYS in counting.
I have sent multiple emails and get these automated messages about how my enquiry is being sent to the relevant department. Spoken to multiple customer service consultants who always reassure me that it will be delivered the following week, last one being FELICITY, last Sunday. She took down my home address AGAIN and my contact details AGAIN and assured me the delivery woud be made this week.
I have used up all my patience as I have given Makro all of it and all I want is my money back into my account, ALL OF IT. Deliver charges plus the cost of the order.
