Don't Ever order from Makro Online

Ordered online, on the 21st of August, you guys said it takes only 2-5 days for an online order to be delivered but today is the 4th of September and nothing. I've been emailing, calling, and tagging you on social media still no one is even bothering to answer me, not even an automated email or a response. You guys are running a ****ty business, Don't buy online from Makro SA or else you'll cry. You buy needing that product and end up not needing it because makro SA don't care.
