DONT EVER BUY FROM MAKRO ONLINE!!!!!.......just dont!

PLEASE don't ever EVER buy from Makro's online service!!!!!! This is my second complaint about Makro in one week!! I phoned into Makro's online services to cancel an order last week Friday. To which I was met with honestly the rudest representative I've actually ever spoken to over the phone. Her name was Ntabiseng (probably a **** name). She was the rudest most obnoxious person I've had to deal with. Following that I tried this morning (Wednesday 31 October 2018) to once again get through to Makro's Online department to find out what the status of my refund was. After literally waiting 30 mins for someone to answer my call I was hung up on as the phone actually started to ring (and trust me I waited 30 mins. I even took a screenshot with my phone). All I wanted to know was the status of my refund and to make sure everything was in order for them to issue the refund correctly....but as you can guess trying to contact Makro to find out, is clearly impossible. I often shop at Makro for various electronics and groceries but honestly after this experience I would not step another foot in ANY Makro store ever again. PLEASE BE WARNED DO NOT MAKE USE OF MAKRO'S ONLINE SERVICE!!!
