Don't ever buy from Makro online!

I bought a UPS trolley in May 2025. It worked for two months, and then I had problems. I returned it to Makro in August, and I am still waiting for my refund or resolution to the problem. Despite numerous emails and posts on Hello Peter, all I get is the same polite replies but nothing happens. They have even received a letter from the consumer goods Ombudsman, but that too hasn't yielded any results. Don't ever buy from Macro online!
