Don't do you Christmas shopping at Makro

I received a Christmas gift that was purchased from Makro. It was not exactly what I wanted. So I asked the person who bought it olif I can exchange it, they had no issue with it and even attempted to assist me. Unfortunately they can't as they where placed on hold for 40 minutes. I then called to find out how and where can I exchange this and was also placed on hold for more than 30 minutes. This is ridiculous. And U would suggest you buy your gifts somewhere else.
