Don't do online shopping at Makro

It has now been almost 2 weeks since we purchased our product online. The promised delivery was 2 to 5 days.

As long as you use dpd laser as your courier company, I will not recommend anyone use you for online shopping. Not only do they not respond to queries logged, they also threw the phone down on you when you eventually get through.

The reason for rating you on this, is because everytme we follow up on the purchase, you just have a handsoff attitude of "It is with the courier company".

In busy times this time of the year, your opposition actually improved on their delivery promises and even delivers on weekends.
