Don't DO IT!!! Its not cheaper and chances are you won't get it.

Its awesome when you find a Special, especially a Black Friday deal. Johnnie Double Black with 2 miniatures for only R399, WHAT A DEAL!!! I called NGF who always give me Double Black at R399 but they couldn't match it with the 2 miniatures so how could I loose? Well I order 24 bottles paid just under R10 000 and only got 12 bottles delivered. Phone calls emails and you have to smile (or cry) when all I can get now are emails asking me to rate Makro Customer Care on my complaint....... All they have done is sent me an email saying my enquiry has been escalated and now I must rate their service. I am till R5000 out of pocket and after 2weeks I still am getting nowhere. So I now have to contact my bank and see if I can get the tranaction reversed.
