Dont deliver what's promised!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM MAKRO

I am disgusted by the service received by Makro, I will never be doing business with this company again, RATHER GO TO TAKEALOT, NO ISSUES ITEMS DELIVERED ON TIME OR EVEN EARLIER. I placed an order on the 25th, delivery is 2-5 working days, It has been over a week, when I called to query I am told there is no stock and I will be refunded in 7day!!!!!!!!!!!! 7 DAMN WHOLE DAYS AFTER I ALREADY WAITED 7DAYS FOR MY ITEMS... TAKEALOT could never!!! you receive refunds within a day or 2.... If I had not called nothing would have happened they would have made me wait... on top of that make me wait 7days for my money, what the actual hell.... I am very unhappy dissatisfied customer! They offer a service which they are unable to deliver! Absolutely pathetic. I suggest you never do business with Makro. Rather take your business to GAME or another store but NEVER MAKRO! THEY ARE TRYING TO COMPETE WITH TAKEALOT BUT CANNOT FOR A HELL KEEP THEIR SUPPLIERS IN LINE TO DELIVER WHATS PROMISED, WHAT A ****TY BUSINESS MODEL. On top of that they have ****ty customer service with ****ty attitudes.
