Don't deliver on order and keep money.

Drove to branch to buy item advertised online as available at that branch. Branch told me not available, and I should order online. I then ordered 2 items online as per branch instructions, but only second item was delivered. long back an forth, and they collected the order, and about 7 calls and promised of delivery or reimbur*****t later, I still have not received either. I'm struggling with this for THREE MONTHS now
