Don't buy Polaroid products from MAKRO - NOT ORIGINAL! On 27 May 2020 we bought a Polaroid PA80 sport watch from Makro. Within a week the watch was non-responsive and the screen hanged. The watch was not accessible ... no matter what we do. We took it back to Makro for repair and got it back about 4 weeks later. Two weeks ago the exact same thing happened. It was on a weekend and could not find help. So I wrote an e-mail to Polaroid SA to ask for help and also mentioned that I bought this watch in May 2020 only to notice now that it is discontinued. I got the next reply from Polaroid the following day: "Hi Deon,

Thank you for your message and I am sorry to heart that you are experiencing a problem with your product.

I can assure you that the product you have is not a genuine Polar product. We also do not distribute our products via Makro. I can only suggest approaching the dealer you purchased it from." This clearly states that Makro is selling NON-original Polaroid products as original.

Don't buy Polaroid from MAKRO as it is not original - BUT, they sell it as original.
