Don’t buy online never gets processed EVER!

Like the other reviews it is a nightmare to order online. Ordered And paid on the 5 February and then received no further updates. According to the website and see attached pic the orrder was packed on the same day. Emailed them On Monday 10 emailed customer service and 2 days later was told they would look into it. Nothing to date. It is the 14th. Don’t bother using their online sales they are non-existent. Requested cancellation and refund. No response! Unbelievable.
