DON'T BUY ONLINE! IF RETURN NO REFUND!

Since I have ordered and received my item on the 27th of January I booked the same day return for the 30th, no collection was made. What I hate the most about Makro is the stafd that will not make an effort to go the extra mile phoning the 3rd party supplier as all I hear is "there has been no communication from the 3rd party supplier and we have to wait for their response" Makro's policy for online return refunds is 10 working days, easy laywers case for me if this does not happen I am tired of your terrible staff service. Most incompetend staff and yes Managers that also does nothing in call centre and head office, no wonder your google rating is ****!
