DONT BUY ONLINE AT MAKRO!!!

Only reason I'm giving one star is because i am forced to give at least one star to be able to make a comment...I ordered an Item online and received a total different brand and not the correct specks of the product I ordered. I phoned a week the helpline a week later only to be told that the system didn't log the return even though I have a refence number for the return. I then asked to speak to the call Centre manager. I was put on hold for about 5 min. The consultant returned and told me that she cant find the manager but will try again. she then came back and said that i will now go trough and then the phone went dead. NO service from Makro, never mind poor service and this was my first experience of ordering online from Makro and will defiantly be the last i ever buy from them even in store.
