Dont buy online at makro

I purchased a book online and paid for it. Then they told me they dont have the book and I would be refunded. Then the stupid people delivered a book I did not order. Now I cant get refunded until they decide to collect the book. I got told to send pictures of the wrong book. ***, its not my problem Their online system sucks. I will not recommend it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
