DONT BUY KARCHER MACHINES FROM MACKRO!!!!!

in Feb i sent in my machine for repairs, i then sent my driver to go and collect my machine when he got there they said to him he needs to pay in. he then said but this machine is under warranty they rep**** and the report says its physical damage. He returned back to my office, & told me what they said. I then called the shop & they told me the exact same thing I then said to them please ask the supplier to return my machine back to the store so I can see where the physical damage is because I know for a fact my machine had no damage. I then returned to the store yesterday asking to see my machine - it was not there. they then called the supplier which the gave me story no 3 the reason why the motor burnt out was because the machine was being used without a filter i rep**** that is impossible,he then changed his story in a space of 5mins & said the filter is there however its in a poor condition. firstly you gave me two different stories as to why I need to pay in the money so what story is actually right.The sales person that sold me 2 machines only mentioned to me about the filter bags he failed to mention to me there are two filters in the karcher that needs replaced.
