DONT BUY FROM MAKRO WOODMEAD

I am beyond frustrated and ****ed off at this point. I called in THREE times on your recorded lines and every agent gave me a different story. I explained that the was an issue with the address, whereby whenever I entered the correct address, your system kept changing it to Peltier Drive, Sandton and when I reported this I was told it was a system error. I called in again and I was told the matter has been escalated and the address will be changed and was provided with the reference number, 1CJVM. When I called in again for the third time I was told that it is on its way back to the store because the driver could not deliver it in Sandton. This is needed for TOMORROW morning. The Makro Woodmead store number does not go through. The last agent even called them twice and she also experienced what I experienced.

I NEED URGENT HELP, EITHER THIS IS DELIVERED TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS OR I AM PERMITTED TO PICK IT UP FROM A MAKRO STORE IN PRETORIA.
