Dont buy from Makro online unless you want endless issues.

I ordered several item online on 5 Dec. i get notified that one portion is with a 3rd part provider and this will take a few days, the rest is with Makro and will take 2 days. With in 4 days i got my order portion from the 3rd party, nothing from Makro yet. Day 6 i get a portion of the Makro order. Up to now i have receive SMS notifications of when the order is going to get delivered and when the courier was on their way. I follow up with the status of my order only to be fazed with incorrect details of the courier claiming failed delivery while i never received any notice or follow up for delivery. On top of that the order status is showing items not delivered as delivered and items delivered as not delivered........ after several emails and phone calls we eventualy agree i will go and collect the outstanding order from Makro since the couriers process might have the order delivered to late. This is going 3 weeks now on 18 Dec. Went to Makro and collected the sealed parcel....only to find when i got hom the order is incomplete........so , no mater what Makro do they just cant get a simple order and delivery right. Day 8 i get another portion of the order with no notifications, luckily i was home.
