DON'T BUY FROM MAKRO ONLINE ESPECIALLY ITEMS LABELED AVAILABLE ONLINE ONLY

Makro Online is the worst platform I bought a heater from Makro Online, unfortunately I had to send it back as the 1 bar wasn't working, once the return was submitted Courier Guy collected the heater but Makro keeps sending me e-mail that the heater will be collected withing 2-4 business days. These e-mails are driving me mad because I no longer have the heater. I have sent so many e-mails and even called their customer centre explaining the same thing, reference number: 1A7DA and Return request ID: MNNB1TVPPVG. Makro allows 3rd party resellers to sell us very poor quality heaters that are easily damaged then they refuse to assist with the return process, I refuse to pay for a product that doesn't have any value for money.
