Don't buy from makro online

If I could rate - 1 i would. I don't know why i keep going back to makro over abd and over again. Now I don't have a fridge and i also don't have my money, when I call they are telling me the refund is approved and i must wait 10 days on top of another 10 days i waited. They took my money so quickly but they can't give me my fridge or the money immediately, now I'm inconvenienced without a fridge and without my refund. I'm ****ed
