Don't buy from Makro online
Purchased 2 x socket sets from Macro online, they only delivered 1 x socket set.. Now I have placed multiple calls, emails but nothing is being done and there is no service at all.. This is not the first time I'm purchasing from Makro online, previous time also struggled with them. Please don't purchase anything from them online.. There is no aftersales, and you will feel helpless in getting your items/ or money back.. There is no customer service, and no care.. It is your problem /loss and there is no help from them.

24 Mar 2025, 16:21It has been several weeks since we complained , and logged a return on the site, and nobody has attempted to contact or resolve the matter. We phoned multiple times to no avail, and there is absolutely no service from makro online?? It is a nightmare to deal with them..
