Dont buy from Makro online
Bought a pooltable online from Makro. Delivery due date was yesterday. I noticed the delivery note didnt change 3 days ago however left everything till yesterday before enquiring. Phoned Makro online and they confirmed the order was picked up by Value logistics 3 day earlier - gave me a waybill nr. Phoned Value Express which didnt have such a waybill nr. Long story short - 7 phone calls to Makro online in the past 2 days and no-one knows where the order is or whats happening. Now apparently another logistics company picked it up - Wundrop? No one even phones you back - they say they will do but they dont. I still dont know what has happened or is happening. This is truly not just lazy but pathetic service from such a massive company - truly has left a sour taste in my mouth.
After numerous calls to Makro Online they came back to me on the 6th of July to tell me I will receive my order on the 10th which is today - the order was placed on the 28th of June and was supposed to have been delivered originally on the 4th. The delivery arrived now on the 10th and we only received the pool cues and pool *****, everything EXCEPT for the pool table. How the hell are these guys still in business???
