Don't buy from Makro online

Makro should stop accepting online orders because they don't know what they are doing in this regards. This has been the most frustrating experience I've had with any online store and I regret not using Takealot like I was told to. I ordered a fridge and washing machine (order no: MAK***) and it's the 2nd week waiting for what I've paid for. The call center says one thing and the online says something else. I'm in Cape Town but they keep telling me about Joburg when I follow up. I will never buy even from the physical stores again. This is incompetence to say the least. I paid my hard earned money and I have to sit in a house with no fridge
