Don’t buy from Makro

I ordered an outdoor umbrella online,and it was delivered with missing parts. This was 28 days ago.I have called Makro countless times and i get the same update from the consultants, that they have escalated the query to the store and someone will call me back. I have not received any call back from Makro. A consultant also told me to drive to the store (which defeats the whole purpose of ordering online to return the umbrella) and I find this ridiculous as they are at fault for delivering an incomplete umbrella

I would not recommend Makro online as their service is the worst!!!
