Dont buy from Makro!

I have placed an order on the 3rd February 2025. It shows on the app it was delivered, however i havent received the item.

I called the call centre several times and sent mails, requested help on facebook messenger, no one is coming back/replying to me. Then eventually, I received a mail advising that it would be delivered on the 11th Feb. A week has gone and I still didnt receive the parcel. I have called again several times with no joy. Everytime they advise that they will escalate the matter.

I want to lodge a complain, they gave me a number that no one is picking up.

How must i resolve this matter?

I buy monthly my goods from Makro, however this was the last time. I will rather support the local shops.
