DONT BUY FROM MAKRO

Honestly the most pathetic customer service I've ever experienced.

I've been trying to return a faulty product for the past month, I've sat on the phone for hours and hours. They first take 30 minutes to answer the phone, then they put you on hold for either another 20 minutes or sometimes infinity - just putting you on hold until your phone dies or you give up after 40 minutes.

I've spoken to a few people, all clearly useless. Unfortunately dont have most of their names. Qinisekile Masuku was the first, that sent me one email and then never got back to me - will attach email.

I've seriously lost my patience with this pathetic company and will be returning their poor quality product myself it seems.
